Freshjive’s Holiday collection arrives at Reserve this week, and our first featured item is the North Cable Sweater. As the name is implies, the North Cable sweater is a wool cable knit design. While at first glance one might consider this to be overly conventional the designers at Freshjive have added some unique features that make this piece stand out from the average fair. Firstly, the sweater is hooded. Secondly, the North Cable’s buttons are hound’s tooth and each one has a leather accent binding the button and its corresponding loop to the body of the sweater. Lastly, is the sweater’s length. Both the North Cable’s body and arms are slightly longer than what you’d find on a typical piece and give the sweater a contemporay style while maintaining a classic appeal. The North Cable is available in Field Taupe and Mood Indigo.
